6.3. - Document Watchlist Setup
Step 1: ‘Edit Dashboard’ > ‘Add Widget’ > ‘Documents’ > ‘Customer Received Documents – Expiring Watchlist’ > ‘Add Widget'
Step 2: The screen titled ‘Widget Options’ will load whereby you can edit the content of your document watchlist:
Step 2.1
Site options are available if you wish to select one particular site or view at group level.
Step 2.2
Supplier Type / Status can be selected as checkboxes, however if none are selected all will appear in the final dashboard.
Step 2.3
You can choose to view documents which are expired, expiring in a week / month in the 'Expiring' dropdown.
Step 2.4
You can choose how you wish to view suppliers on the watchlist if you prefer Supplier Name, Factory Code or both in the 'display' dropdown.
Step 2.5
You can select if you wish to see manual documents only in the 'manual documents only' yes/no dropdown.
Step 2.6
You can choose the document type via checkboxes, however if none are selected all will appear in final dashboard.
Step 2.7
Headers can be defined whereby a conditional dropdown will appear containing primary and secondary headers to name your watchlist if ‘yes’ is selected.
Once preferences for the watchlist have been selected, select the blue 'save options’ button.
