4.4 Workflow Manager And The Mobile App

Step 1:  In the mobile app select the workflow option and select in progress. This will display all the workflows which are currently being worked on. 

Step 2: Select the relevant workflow form the list. At this point the list of steps will appear. An asterisk will appear adjacent to each step which the logged in user needs to complete, which mirrors what can be seen on the desktop.

Step 3: The step start date, due date, completion date and progress are all detailed. 

Step 4: The notes are also be found at the bottom on the screen.

Step 5: If prerequisites have been added then the steps must be completed in the desired order. If no prerequisites have been added the steps can be completed in any order. 

Step 6: To complete a step, select the step in question and click on the pencil icon, this will enable the form to be edited and completed. 

Step 7: A red line and red asterisk will denote any fields which have been set up as mandatory.

Step 8: A save option is listed at the top right of the page whereby the step can be saved and submitted for approval.
