3.4. Linking Products

By linking products the system will be able to identify products which are the same but with fall under a number of different codes. This can be used when searching for specification / stock manager / intake data / forecasts.

Step 1: Log in to your Foods Connected account and select the ‘Settings Cog’ icon.

Step 2: Navigate to ‘Company Product File’ under ‘Manage Products’

Step 3: Select the ‘Edit’ icon

Step 4: The following page will load- ensure the ‘Linked Products’ tab is selected. Use the dropdowns to find the desired product- it can be filtered initially by site. The product can then be located, and a link reason selected. Once this has been done select ‘Link Product’.
