2.1 Response If Ingredient Has Not Been Affected – Selecting No

Step 1: Select No if the ingredient you have supplied has not been affected by this incident. Then select Save Affected Ingredients  

Step 2: Add your response details, then select Save & Send Response

Step 3: The status now reverts to Awaiting Response. Your customer will now review your response & revert back.

Step 4: Once the customer confirms the status reverts to Confirmed

Step 5: If the customer decides to request further info even though this has been confirmed the status will then revert to Requires Your Action again. This is where you follow the same steps as above until confirmed.
