Once you have done reviewing & reading you now need to respond to the incident

Step 1: Now select Respond to Incident 

Step 2: You now need to answer if the Ingredient has been affected by the incident. You can choose YesNo or Pending investigationEach one will activate it’s own form to complete for your customer.
