1.6 Setup Scoring Criteria

Set the scoring for your Questionnaires here if you want to use it. 

Step 2: Then select Scoring Criteria

Step 3: Select Add Criteria

Step 4: Add in your scoring criteria. Then select Add Criteria

Step 5: Repeat steps to add in further scoring criteria i.e. Medium & High
